#187 Grilled Garden Squash

We'll be eating Hamburger and Hot Dogs leftovers for a few days so I'm just going to talk about a side dish. We have so many zucchini growing in the garden right now. Tonight we grilled some. Such a classic and always delicious. I tossed the slices around with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Then Ryan grilled them up outside on the BBQ. They were smoky, sweet, and paired nicely with Giorgia's pasta salad. It's nice to grill extra to keep in the fridge for use throughout the week. It would be great on a salad, in a sandwich, or on a pizza! Yum!
