#217 Mamma Mia's Muffaletta Pizza





Mia and I made some incredibly tasty pizza using leftovers from last weekend's muffaletta sandwich. Isa herself recommends using the extra tapenade on pizza. Mia spread it onto Trader Joe's pizza crust, then she laid out the roasted eggplant (I prepared it the same way I would have for the sandwich), fresh spinach, roasted bell peppers, and Daiya mozzarella cheese.  It was insanely flavorful and super colorful. Ryan and Max aren't fans of Daiya Cheese but they loved the pizza and ate a ton of it.
