| Mmmm Bacon! |
This is the same mac and cheese Michelle posted as #39. As per Sean's request, I made this with some chopped up smoky tempeh bacon. I'm glad he asked because this was delicious. As I previously mentioned, I'm obsessed with that bacon. We both loved the richness the bacon added to the meal. I would definitely make it again. Yumm!
