#348 Artisanal Vegan Cheese

Pepper and jalepeno

Sean made these delicious cheeses with cashews. He added probiotic powder to help with the fermentation of the cheese. Then he added ingredients and put them in the dehydrator for 48 hours. They came out amazing.
