#336 Boxed Mac and Chreese

When I went vegan I didn't think I'd ever eat another boxed mac and cheese. But I found this product by Road's End Organics. I have to admit I was a little afraid to try it. But it was totally yummy!

I definitely recommend it for those days when you just don't feel like doing the cooking thing!
