This salad is part of my 15 raw detox. The recipe comes from Ani's 15 day fat blast. It is really yummy and satisfying. First you massage the avocado into the spinach and red leaf lettuce. Next you mix in the sauerkraut and capers (sounds odd I know but it's delicious!). Lastly, top with fresh corn kernels, tomatoes, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
