#325 Preserved lemons

I know they're not a meal on their own, but I will be using them in some upcoming meals.  These are the slow method of preserved lemons from Terry Hope Romero's newest cookbook Vegan Eats World.  These have been hanging out in my cool garage for the past 2 weeks.  Now they are going in the fridge to live.  The small jar is for Lynzie...if she wants it.
