#318 Soyrizo Potato Salad

I made this by cooking diced potatoes in a little oil. When the potatoes were cooked, I added in soyrizo and cooked it until it browned. I used romaine lettuce as the base and put diced tomato and avocado slices on top. I used a teeny bit of Follow Your Heart Vegan Caesar dressing for a little tang. Very yummy!
