Don't you love the strategically places junk food items at the check out stand at Trader Joes?! They usually make me mad because there's nothing for me...but yesterday, I found something I could actually buy. This is the blondie bar mix. I used earth balace and Ener-G egg replacer instead of butter and eggs. They came out super yummy, a little on the greasy side though. MMMMM!!
