#328 Street Tacos

I'm calling these street tacos because they cooked up so fast and I ate them off a paper plate. . . though not on the street ;)

Sean whipped this up for me. It's a corn tortilla slathered with warm refried beans, grilled gardein scallopini (shredded), lettuce, tomato, and topped with Follow Your Heart creamy garlic dressing. Yumm! Good job Sean!
