#322 Red Pozole

I love this soup. I'm so glad the weather finally cooled down enough to make soups again. I eat my pozole almost like a salad as you can see in the first picture. I used all the toppings the recipe suggested (shredded cabbage, fresh corn, radish, cilantro, avocado, tortilla strips, lime, and red onion).  This soup was so good, I didn't even mind eating the leftovers twice!!!
