I never noticed this recipe in Appetite for Reducation until a few days ago. I love wine and kalamta olives so I thought I would love this...but...it was a little too strong. I felt that the wine was a little overpowering. I'd like to try making it again with an even milder wine. It wasn't inedible. I just wasn't crazy about it. I served it with the always delicious caulipots & steamed carrots and broccoli.
