This was so delicious! On top of a mound of spaghetti squash there is marinara sauce, a couple of Trader Joe's meatless meatballs, Dominex Eggplant Fries, and some roasted golden zucchini from the garden. I served this with the incredible "World's Best Garlic Bread" from Chloe's Kitchen.
